| Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm ESSENTIAL CHECKS UPON DELIVERY An adult must present at the delivery address to sign and acknowledge receipt in a satesfactory condition.If however for any reason you wish to return your item please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order.Fabric despatched to third parties should be inspected immediately upon receipt as no refunds can be given if the fabric is cut or altered in any way. RETURNS Goods should not be returned to us without prior approval. All goods must be returned in a saleable condition and in the original packaging. A proof of postage should be obtained where possible. REFUNDS If the fabric has been returned and found to be faulty then a full refund including postage shall be given. If you are not happy with your purchase for any other reason then the following conditions will apply. Fabric ordered from stock:- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund and postage charges will not be refunded. Fabric ordered from fabric companies:- Fabric companies will have the final say on wether to return fabric and will not accept returns of fabric less than 5 meters in length unless it is found to be faulty. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund and postage charges will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights. |
