We endevor to deliver your fabric within 5 to 10 days of placing the order provided stocks are available.If there is a delay and the fabric is in work with the manufacturers you will be advised of your new delivery date and given the option of a refund. These delivery times are given in good faith are for guidance only and time shall not be the essence of any contract. Although we will do our utmost to meet the specified delivery date, the company shall not under any circumstances be liable to compensate the buyer for any indirect or consequental loss whatsoever arising by reason of the the companys failure to deliver the goods after the specified delivery date.
ESSENTIAL CHECKS UPON DELIVERY An adult must present at the delivery address to sign and acknowledge receipt in a satisfactory condition.If however for any reason you wish to return your item please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order.Fabric despatched to third parties should be inspected immediately upon receipt as no refunds can be given if the fabric is cut or altered in any way.
REFUNDS If the fabric has been returned and found to be faulty then a full refund including postage shall be given. We will not accept returns for fabric for any other reason once the fabric has been cut from the roll.Please use our sample service to avoid any computer colour misrepresentation. This does not affect your statutory rights.
RETURNS Goods should not be returned to us without prior approval. All goods must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging. A proof of postage should be obtained where possible.
